Under Step 3 choose one of the following:

1. Click Search by geographic location/facilities then click “Continue.” Next on the map page, choose one of the options on the left. For some of the choices a new box may appear under the list, where you need to make an additional choice.
   
   On the bottom of the page click “View Facilities.” Click on a hospital name to learn more about that particular hospital.
2. Click Search all facilities then click “Continue.” Click on a hospital name to learn more about that particular hospital.
