Their website provides a list of licensed health care professionals, information on filing a complaint, practitioner profiles, disciplinary reports, a link to report unlicensed activity, and other information. To find doctors, dentists and specialists who serve Medicaid patients: For regular Medicaid, contact your Medicaid Area Office. Click Medicaid Area Offices then click your County’s name or the area of the map where you live to find the phone number and e-mail link. If you are in a Medicaid health plan, contact the health plan. If you are unsure if you are in regular Medicaid or in a health plan, contact the Medicaid Area Office.
